Payments & Accounting
Payment of tuition and fees will be made at the Payments and Accounting Office, located at SABS siege. It is the role of the parents to pay the student tuition on time. Tuition can be paid in USD/CFA, though SABS takes measures to limit its exposure to the fluctuations of currency rates during the school year. An increase of 5 to 10% will be applied to late payments after a written warning. A student expelled for default of payment will not resume class until he/she has paid his due.
No official documents or records from the school can be issued without a prior regularization of the student's bills.
Tuition and fees
Tuition fees at SABS are estimated on a sliding scale, taking into account a variety of factors. Tuition fees include annual tuition, activities and other optional services such as (transportation, lunch program etc.) All transportation and lunch program costs are payable in advance at the Payments & Accounting offices.
Student can only start a new semester once 1/8 of the total tuition & fees bill is paid for. A copy of the tuition fee is available upon request as part of the admissions process.
A semester or half-year, once started, is still entirely due, and amounts already committed are non-refundable and not transferable. Registration fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
Failure to Make Payment
Accounts are considered delinquent if payment is not received in full within 10 days of the due date. No official records will be released until all money owed to the school is paid in full. SABS reserves the right to withhold all student/school documentation until the family has met their financial obligation/s to the school. This includes, but is not limited to report cards, college transcripts, and student verification paperwork. If there are exceptional circumstances that prohibit making a payment on time, an appointment must be made with the Payments and Accounting office to discuss the situation.
